We reopened our doors in April to so many of you that were looking forward to a treat after a long lockdown and there are still a lot of you waiting for your first visit, so we can’t wait to get going for another busy month. Behind the scenes we are attending training and meetings for the new treatments, products and promotions coming soon and the team are enjoying every minute of it.
Our new online booking system has proved to be such a good investment with the reminders and links resulting in just one ‘No Show’ for the whole month. You have left such kind praise for the team, salon and treatments that gave the team a huge boost, so thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We will be extending the facilities of our new system over the coming month that will include Debit Card Registrations, Birthday Treats and Last Minute availability notifications.
We are continuing to work through our list of salon improvements, from a small display area to the front of the salon being redecorated. The team will be getting a new look for the summer with a uniform change in May and now we have the new inner door security in place, the main doors with be open, but we will still be able to operate high standards of COVID measures and keep to an ‘appointment only’ basis.

JULIE BRACKENBURY – Tuesday 15th June
