We sent Hayley to HD to train in Brow Sculpting that was added to our menu, then we arranged her training in LVL. We changed our Pedicures to offer ELIM, a medical and award-winning treatment to improve our already luxury Pedicure service. Our uniforms had a make-over along with the entrance to the salon that many of you have now noticed and we increased our ESPA product range to include everything in the Skin, Body, Home and Gift Collection. Last month we opened our Brow Lounge that is proving extremely popular so Wendy and Hayley are taking it in turns to use!

And now the Studio for Permanent Beauty is complete…

Wow!! And all this is with a small team enjoying every full day.

The next few months will see our ESPA Facial menu have a makeover which we have covered in this bulletin. We will also be changing our Online Gift Voucher platform from the 11th of May to offer a more personalised service that allows you to create a more beautiful gift online or posted with all the trimmings you would expect from HOB.

We have finally launched the ESPA liquid supplements and we have created a ‘try before you buy’ display area, that will be stocked and ready for you to improve your well-being from the inside out.

Julie Brackenbury continues to be a full monthly clinic so we have opened dates with her through to August, along with our own diary that is open until the 31st August 2022, so you can now get organised and book online for the dates and time you want.

May is already a busy month with many days full, but we have plenty of availability for the second half of the month at the moment, so book online for your treats and we will be in touch if we need to ‘tweak’ your appointment time to help the diary run as efficiently as possible, so we thank you in advance for your help with this.

Hayley and Wendy will be taking a few days out of the salon soon to update and refresh on the new techniques and routines of ESPA facials. It won’t be for a couple of months, but we wanted to bring you a taste of what we are already preparing for.

The first change will be replacing the ESPA Prescriptive Facial with the Inner Calm Facial a lot of the routine you will recognise from the Prescriptive Facial, but with many added improvements to bring an even better treatment for you.

We are super excited to be able to achieve this update as the salon remains full nearly every single day, but we have planned it in the diary and spread the training so your appointment availability is not effected too much.

THE SALE BIN IS BACK FOR MAY

Our products are constantly being updated, new packaging replaces old, we decide to change supplier and sometimes products are discontinued.

So instead of keeping these items in a bow in our stock room we will be popping them in our sale bin for you to ‘grab a bargain’.
