The winter has passed and the last three months of isolation and closed doors are finally over and we re-open on Monday 12th April.
To say we are excited about getting back to work is an understatement, as we have been training, planning and preparing for what seems like a very long time. We have a brand new online booking system that was launched during lockdown that you are finding easy and quick to use. The new system will give us even more opportunities over the coming months, but we are thrilled that you have used it, love it and the diary is busy because of it.

Julie is one of the most experienced and expert aesthetic practitioners the UK and sits on the editorial board for the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and the Dermatological Nursing Journal. She has been the author of more than 30 published peer-reviewed articles and is one of only a handful of nurses to achieve this. Julie is also a former director and board member for the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses.
One of Julie’s proudest moment of her career was winning an Aesthetic Nurse of the Year award for ethical practice presented by Dame Esther Rantzan, along side of being named one of the top ten cosmetic nurses in the UK by Tatler Magazine.

ENVIRON RE-LAUNCH
We have always been proud and excited about what Environ brings to House of Beauty and from May we will be extending our Environ Treatment menu to include the Cool Peel Technology that is a safe, gentle and highly effective alternative to harsh, granular exfoliation and peels that don’t respect the integrity of the skin.
Treatment menus will also look a little different and will offer a wider variety and more prescriptive Environ Facial.
We will also be introducing an amazing new body treatment with Environ and a limited offer to launch a new product that compliments this outstanding and very unique treatment.

Now all the planning for re-opening is complete we are starting to look at the future months and growing the HOB team again.

Full-Time Beauty Therapist Position
OUR PLANS
The past three months has been a very testing time, but we feel very lucky to have supportive clients, team members and we have to mention our wonderful Landlady, who’s kindness, encouragement and support has been amazing.
We have many plans for moving forward and we will start to implement these in May with the re-launch of Environ, but there will also be a few physical changes you will see as we find our feet….
We will be keeping our ‘Closed Door Policy’ for some time, as we feel that this keeps foot fall to a minimum and appointment only clients, as COVID hasn’t gone away and we still need to keep the safety and well-being of our clients and staff paramount. Given the weather and odd occasion where you may be waiting for a few minutes, we will be having a beautiful parasol and small seating area fitted, this will be directly in-front of the the Cafe/Lounge area of the salon, so you will be shaded, sheltered and comfortable whilst waiting for your therapist to let you in the salon.
Our EntryView System will be upgraded and repaired, so that when you arrive you are able to let someone know you are waiting. Whilst we may be busy with clients, your EntryView alert will inform someone you are waiting, so that we are able to get to you as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth, professional start to your House of Beauty visit.

Our diary is open and we are taking bookings up to the 31st July. We have including an online booking link for you below, but feel free to call the salon and we will always return your call and help you with bookings if you would prefer.
Nigel and myself want to thank you all for your kindness, support, loyalty and continued love of House of Beauty. The salon is in its 14th year of service and even after the year we have had, we still have the drive and passion we had all those years ago to evolve, progress and grow. I have said it before, but your messages and contact over these difficult times have always come just when we needed it and House of Beauty will be a survivor of COVID-19 and ready to welcome you all back for your wonderful visits.
